I have multiple mobile vans, can I use AI scheduling search for all staff?
YES! There is an option to AI scheduling for “All staff”. If the customer has a preferred groomer, you can have the system to smart scheduling for one specific groomer.
I have multiple mobile vans, can I set up my groomers only to see their schedules?
YES! You can customize staff roles and permission so that a groomer can only access his/her schedule. You can even hide customers’ phone numbers from staff. (they can still communicate with clients through the built-in 2-way message center).
How does online booking work? Can I add it to my website or Facebook?
Absolutely! Our Online Booking feature is the most advanced in the grooming industry, offering a wide range of customizations. You can choose to accept new clients, existing clients, or both, and specify whether you service dogs, cats, or both. You also have control over approval settings—either auto-approve requests or require manual approval. Additionally, you can customize available staff, working hours, services, notification messages (via text and email), brand colors. Features like no-show protection, weight limits, and more are also available.
For mobile groomers, we offer service area settings to prevent customers outside your designated area from booking. You can enable “AI scheduling” and “specific areas for specific days” to avoid unnecessary rescheduling due to long distances.
You can easily share your online booking link on your website or Facebook page. Alternatively, you can embed the booking system directly into your website for seamless integration.
How does the digital agreement work?
Our digital agreement is one of the most highly-rated features among thousands of groomers. You can create multiple agreements and mark them as required, ensuring our system notifies you if a customer hasn’t signed before booking an appointment.
